ISO: Opposite problem with ABM 6000

I have the opposite problem with my ABM 6000. The paddle won't stay on the spindle when the dough is rising, causing the paddle to lodge up in the dough and not kneadeing the dough. Does anyone know how to contact the manufacturer?
