ISO: Over-ripe tomatoes!

Misc.
Hi - this is my first ever posting here!! Can you help? I am always ending up with loads of over-ripe tomatoes in my kitchen - can anyone suggest a nice way of using them up? (apart from frying them or turning them into relishes!)
Thank you!
