ISO: Pam Anderson's Recipe for Brining

Misc.
Does anyone have the recipe from Pam Anderson's "The Perfect Recipe" book for brining? Since I have moved to Florida, I cannot find her book in the libraries. I used to live in St. Peters, Missouri and could always find plenty of her books available in the libraries there, but not here in Florida.
If anyone could post it for me, I would really appreciate it!
Thank you!
