Recipe: Ambrosia Balls (no-bake using vanilla wafers, orange juice concentrate, coconut)

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
AMBROSIA BALLS

1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crumbled fine
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup Fleischman's margarine, melted
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Baker's Angel Flake Coconut

Blend thoroughly first 4 ingredients. Gradually add enough orange juice to achieve desired consistency.

Shape into balls about the size of a walnut. Roll each ball in coconut.

Store in covered container in refrigerator or freezer.

Makes 60 to 65
