ISO: Pam-Pam Steak Soup

There was a coffee shop in S.F./Oakland years ago (25-30) that had this soup on the menu and it was so good! I remember that it used ground sirloin and had a variety of veggies too. Also, it was cream based. Any help would be very much appreciated.
