ISO: pantry recipes?

Misc.
Can anyone suggest any recipes where I can keep most of the ingredients on hand (i.e. using mostly canned and/or frozen ingredients)? I don't always get to the store as often as I'd like, so I'm hoping to be able to keep the makings of at least a couple of meals around so that I can avoid the inevitable what-do-I-make-for-dinner panic!

Thanks for any suggestions you can give me!
