ISO: Some Suggestions

Misc.
A few suggestions from what I do:

I keep cans of different kinds of beans on hand
different shapes of pasta
cans of green chiles
evaporated skim milk
soups

I make all sorts of things with the beans
from tamale pies, to enchiladas, to tacos

You can do so many things with pasta -
plain spaghetti with pasta sauce
baked ziti
millions of different pasta dishes = too many
to mention

The evaporated skim milk is used for low fat sauces
and baking

Green chiles can be used in omelettes, tamale pies,
enchiladas, burritos, breads

soups are a simple meal with some bread

I hope these are some good suggestions for you
