ISO: Pataks Vindaloo Paste

Hi,

I am trying to make a vindaloo paste that is very similar to the jarred variety made by Pataks. I have a few Vindaloo paste recipes but none that go close to the same taste that Pataks have mastered. Any help or advice appreciated.
