Recipe: Zesty Turkey Pesto Sandwiches

2/3 cup prepared pesto
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup roasted red pepper, drained, chopped
8 soft bakery buns, split
8 leaf lettuce leaves
1 pound thinly sliced deli turkey breast
8 (3/4 ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American or Provolone Cheese
8 slices tomato
Stir together pesto, mayonnaise and red pepper in small bowl; mix well. Spread cut-sides of buns with pesto mixture.
To assemble sandwiches, layer bottom half of each bun with 1 lettuce leaf, 1/4 turkey, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice tomato and top half of bun.
Makes 8 sandwiches
