ISO: Patti: I know it's been 5 months, but..

I had been wanting Marie Callendar's recipe for sour cream lemon pie for years, and asked on message boards, so when I saw your request, I was delighted to see someone else also wanted to know how to make it. I got some answers, as you did, but they do not seperate in to visible layers like the one did in the restaurant. I remember seeing three layers, do you? The lemon filling, the lighter sour cream, then the whipped cream. We do not have access to her restaurants here in the midwest; I was visiting in CA when I went to one. Would you care to share if you have since found a recipe closer to the original version?
