ISO: Pearl Bailey's Ham

Misc.
Years ago I watched a PBS holiday cooking special featuring Pearl Bailey and several of her chef friends including Julia Child. Pearl made a ham which she boiled and soaked for three days before baking. I can't remember what else she did but it was the best ham I've ever made - by far. But... I lost the recipe. I'd sure like to repeat it if anyone has the recipe. Thanks.
