ISO: Pecan Crusted Mahi Mahi

Last summer I vacationed in Southern California, I stopped in for lunch at a restaurant at a shopping mall call The Block.(it may have been spelled "The Blok") I don't remember the name of the resturant, unfortunately. I ordered the Pecan Crusted Mahi Mahi, I was told it was the Chef's special for the day. It was the absolute best dish I have had in a very long time. I have not been able to find this recipe any where. Any help would be appreciated. This is a must have recipe!!
