ROASTED GRAPES
1/2 pound red or black seedless grapes
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Salt
Heat oven to 500 degrees F.
Cut grapes into small clusters. Place grapes on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Season with salt.
Bake 15 minutes or until grapes are soft inside and slightly crisp outside.
Serve with roast game, pork or poultry.
Makes 6 servings
