ISO: Peeling tomatoes
Misc.Does anyone have a suggestion for a faster way to peel tomatoes to make salsa. It seems that it takes forever to peel the darn things. I use the hot water till they split then cold water method. Also, it seems that my tomatoes get really mushy in this process. I have had others salsa and they have nice little chunks of tomato so I must be missing something.
