ISO: pepper jellies

Misc.
Has any one tried a recipe for hot pepper jelly that calls for onion, bell peppers and hot peppers. If so I would like the recipe. And can you substitute powder pectin for liquid pectin in jelly recipes?
Thanks for any help I can get!!!
