ISO: Multi-Colored Christmas Pepper Jelly Recipe

I once had this Multi-Colored CHRISTMAS Jelly,It was Green, Red, and Clear with specks of Pepper. Kind of spicy.In the jar it was poured in layers. This was so Pretty on White cream cheese and Crackers. Hope someone Can HELP!! Me. Thankyou. Ellen
