ISO: Piccadilly Crawfish Etouffee - question

I would like to ask for someone to please be specific about the proper amount of tomato puree needed in this recipe. Everything else is clear but it would be awesome if someone could specify what size cans to use and also confirm that it means real puree and not tomato paste. Also a brand of puree would be appreciated. This is the only issue that has kept me from making this recipe. There seems to be several who have made it so could one of you please help clarify this recipe? Many thanks in advance :)
