ISO: Crawfish Etouffee - need clarification of puree amount
Misc.The scaled down version of the recipe calls for 2 cans of tomato puree. The original restaurant recipe calls for only 10oz of puree. Can I get a clarification on size of cans needed in the scaled down recipe? Thanks!
