Recipe(tried): Peanut/Cashew Roll (Indian)

Main Dishes - Meatless
PEANUT/CASHEW ROLL

Paneer grated 1 cup
Potatoes boiled 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chillies
Dhaniya leaves chopped
Bread slices - 2 (soaked n squeezed in water nicely).
Roasted peanuts/cashews- 1/2 cup (crushed coarsely).
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Maida or cornflour- 2 dsp (make paste of coating consistency with water)*

Mash the boiled potatoes, paneer.
Mix bread slices.
Add salt, pepper, dhaniya powder, garam masala, dhaniya leaves, green chillies n mix them properly.
Make small oblong shape rolls of the mixture.
Dip the rolls in maida or corn flour paste.
Roll them on peanuts so as to coat on all sides.
Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney.

*Note: Mix 3 dsp of water in 2 dsp of cornflour for brushing
