ISO: pickled asparagus

Misc.
Hi there,
I am looking for a pickled asparagus recipe. I had a great one but I lost all my recipes in my house fire. I remember some of it. It had pickling spice, garlic, dill, mustard seed, celery seed. If there is a receipe out there that is close to it. Also why do I get black spots on my pickled asparagus?
Thank you.
