Pickling Spices are sold in all grocery stores. They are labeled as such in the Spice Section. They can be found in small glass jars and in Bulk or large cardboard round cans. I often add whole, small, dried, Hot Red Peppers to them as they are never Spicy. Happy Pickling! Judy (another Canadian!)
