ISO: Pineapple Roll

I am seeking a recipe called Pineapple Roll for my mother. Probably from the mid 60s. Ingredients included pineapple, graham cracker crust, whipping cream?? From what I remember you mix up the ingredients and put in the fridge to set - no baking. If anyone has this recipe I would be extremely grateful!
