ISO: Please help with dinner!

Misc.
I seem to have the pickiest husband ever. He hates all of the following: Mexican food, alfredo sauce, anything with ricotta cheese in it, stuffed bell peppers (which is my absolute favorite in the world), peas, quiches and the like, stuffed salmon, any flavored pork tenderloin, most casseroles, I can go on and on. And he works way too hard to eat hamburger helper or similar. Once I make something once or twice, he's sick of it and I can never make it again. If it were up to him, we'd have steak and baked potato or pot roast every night. Well, that's not feasible with a 9-yr-old that can't chew red meat very well and wouldn't appreciate a ribeye anyway. Every single day I spend over an hour on the internet looking for some recipe that he will actually eat and that will please the whole family. I'm a reasonably good cook but have zero creativity. I would REALLY appreciate any advice I can get that will make the mere thought of "dinner" not so dreadful.

THANK YOU!!!!
