ISO: Pollo Supreme Marinade

When I worked in Maimi on Hurricane Andrew I enjoyed the Chicken at Pollo Supreme. I have tried several marinades for chicken but cannot get close to the same flavor. Do you have a marinade that is like the one used at those restaurants?
