Hi, I am going to make a marble poundcake and it calls for 1/4 cup of uns. cocoa and I would like to use unsw. chocolate that you melt....what is the equivalent of the cocoa to the uns.choc. melted. Also another calls for a small can of herheys syrup....does anyone know how much that used to be???
