ISO: ponczykas (polish donuts)

These donuts are made with a sweet bread & deep fried, & then either cut on the side or using a bag fillings are used such as prune, raseberry etc. Also can be sugared coated. I am looking for a recipe that does not call for alot of flour (re 16-18 cups)which i have found.thank you. Dee
