ISO: Pressure Cooked Hamburger
Misc. Somewhere I read about a lady that bought hamburger in 10 pound lots and cooked it all at one time in the pressure cooker. Then she took the crumbled burger and stored it in the freezer in zipper bags in the amounts she used in various recipes.
Somehow, the pressure cooking took the place of browning and was a lot less messy.
This tip was in some OMAC cookbook or newsletter.
Anyone ever heard of this?
Now that I need the information, of course, I can't find it.
Thank you for any help.
