ISO: Pressure Cooker Time Tables

I have an elderly (90) grandpa, who bought a 4 gallon pressure cooker at a thrift store, and now wants to use it for making his weekly chicken and barley soup.

He would like to know how long you cook something like that. And, he would like to know actual time tables for such things as cooking a roast, or the calculation you use for cooking times.

I appreciate your suggestion that soups should take minutes instead of hours... HOW MANY MINUTES?
