Good afternoon to you. Emily, really, all you need to do is broil your favorite cut of beef steak approx. to 85% the way you like it cooked. Then finish cooking it in Tomato sauce. You can prepare your own or buy it in a tin can or a jar. Just enough sauce to cover the steak.on low to medium heat on your range top to your desired doneness.. "THAT IS ALL THERE IS TO THIS RECIPE!!!!.
I do this to pork chops as well every now & then.
