Recipe: Bisquick Box Recipe - Golden Waffles (1950-60's)

Breakfast and Brunch
BISQUICK GOLDEN WAFFLES

1 2/3 cups milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. melted shortening
2 cups Bisquick

Beat ingredients with rotary beater until smooth.

Bake on preheated waffle iron.

Makes 2 (12-inch) waffles or several smaller ones
