ISO: Puerto Vallarta Restaurant Arroz con Pollo

I'm looking for the recipe for arroz con pollo which is served at the Puerto Vallarta Restaurant in Port Orchard, WA. I have tried many recipes, but I haven't found one that tastes as good as the one made in this restaurant.
