ISO: Quest for Oyster Motoyaki

I have spent the last few days searching different websites for Oyster Motoyaki. It is a Japanese recipe which has an oyster on a half shell which is broiled or baked. There is a cream sauce with it as well. Can anyone help? Thanks!!!!
