ISO: Quick bread help!
Misc.I made pumpkin nut bread last night and put it in one large pan and one mini pan. The mini pan was done in 50 minutes and the large pan tested done (toothpick was dry) at 60 minutes. However when I took the bread out of the pan it was not done at all! Is there a more fool proof way to test for doneness? Also when I took the mini loaf out of the pan a large piece stuck to the pan even though I had greased and floured the pan. Any tips? How long should it cool in the pan ( I cooled 10 minutes). Is there a better method to prepare the pan?
