ISO: Rachael Ray's Roast Turkey 2010

Hi, all! Last year I roasted a Thanksgiving turkey (for the umpteenth time) only this time using Rachael Ray's method. It involved cheesecloth soaked in butter and an Ace bandage to secure it. It was the absolute best turkey I ever made! I know about Martha Stewart's instructions, but I really would like to recover Rachael Ray's. Does anyone out there remember it or perhaps have the procedure written down? I would be forever grateful. Hope everyone has a nice holiday. Thanks in advance.
