Recipe: Florentine Deviled Eggs (2 recipes, 1 cold, 1 hot)

FLORENTINE DEVILED EGGS

12 hard cooked eggs, peeled & cut in half
1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed, drained & squeezed dry
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup real bacon bits
2 1/2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons softened butter
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Place egg whites on a platter.

Combine egg yolks with other ingredients. Fill the whites with the yolk mixture.

Keep cold until ready to serve.
