Recipe: Rachael Ray's Roast Turkey 2010 - Got an answer (sort of)

Misc.
Hi again everyone! Well, I got through to the Food Network line on Tuesday. I spoke to someone about this and she said it was almost identical to Martha Stewart's method but used chicken broth instead of wine. She also said that it really wasn't necessary to secure the cheesecloth with an Ace bandage; they found out the cheesecloth stayed put anyway. So, I guess I have it. Here's to everyone having a happy, healthy, safe Thanksgiving!
