ISO: Raspberry Filled Cream Cheese Cookied (shaped like a turnover)

PLEASE HELP ME FIND THIS RECIPE SO I CAN MAKE THEM FOR MY SONS WHO HAVE REQUESTED ONLY THESE FOR CHRISTMAS

Years ago my father gave me a book that had only Christmas cookies in it [I lost or misplaced that book]. I made a few of the recipes which were American as well as European cookies. My sons loved the raspberry filled cream cheese cookie, this cookie had four or so ingredients then chilled and rolled out on powdered sugar not a floured board then cut into rectangular shapes. Raspberry jam/preserves were place in center & dough moved over to form a weirdly shaped turnover. Baked & rolled immediately in powdered sugar, cooled and then rolled again in powdered sugar.

I am hoping someone can help as I have been searching for this recipes for several years now...thank you, Jenny K
