REUBEN ROMANOFF

1 (5.5 oz.) package Noodles Romanoff mix
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 lb. sliced corned beef, chopped
2 to 3 slices natural Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare Noodles Romanoff as directed on package except increase milk to 1/2 cup and stir in caraway seed.
In ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole, layer half the noodles, the corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut. Top with remaining noodles.
Cover casserole and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
VARIATION:
Substitute bologna or cooked ham for the corned beef.
Makes 4 servings
