ISO: Re: ISO:Stuffed Yellow Squash & Squash Casserole

This is my
grandmothers recipe. Delicious!
8-10 squash
1 bell pepper
1onion
10-15 butter crackers crumbled
1/2c sweet milk
2 eggs
1/2c grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
1 tsp sugar

Cook squash in salted water until tender. Drain and chop. Chop onion and pepper and saute in butter. Beat eggs and add milk. Add squash, pepper and onion. Add cheese, 1stick of butter melted and sugar.. Put in a buttered casserole and top with cracker crumbs. bake 1 hour at 350.
