ISO: Recipe fro homemade champagne vinegar

Misc.
I have an unopened bottle of champagne that I bought to make a chicken recipe. I only need about 1/2 cup for the chicken recipe. I am not sure what to do with the rest of the champagne as I am not a big champagne drinker. I had an idea to make my own champagne vinegar with the remainder of the champagne. It is so expensive in the stores and I do not want to just throw out the rest of the bottle of champagne. Does anyone have a recipe for making your own Champagne vinegar from champagne?
