Recipe: Chocolate Hazelnut Cream Puffs (using frozen puff pastry dough, whipped cream)

These delectable pastries are easy to prepare, yet fancy enough to serve at a dinner party. Garnish with shredded chocolate or chocolate-covered coffee bean candies.
1 package (10 ounces) frozen puff pastry
3/4 cup heavy (whipping) cream, well chilled
1/3 cup hazelnut chocolate spread (such as shells Nutella)
Bake pastry shells according to package directions. Remove baking sheet to a wire rack to cool for about 3 minutes. Using a metal spatula, transfer pasty shells to a wire rack and cool completely.
IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SERVING:
In a small chilled bowl, using a hand-held electric mixer with chilled beaten, beat cream and hazelnut spread until stiff peaks form.
Spoon 2 heaping tablespoonfuls of cream mixture into cooled shells or use a pastry bag fitted with a 1/2-rnth star tip and pipe cream mixture into cooled shells. These pastries are best served soon after preparation.
Makes 6 pastries
