ISO: Recipe to make cheese from Yogurt, please!

I had a recipe a while back for Making Cheese out of Yogurt, but lost it. If Anybody has one or knows where to get one could You please, please let Me know as soon as possible, as I have lots of plain yogurt in the fridge with expiration dates rapidly approaching -;). Thanks so much, Laurene
