Recipe(tried): Yogurt cheese

Appetizers and Snacks
Hi Laurene, not so much a recipe as a method. Line a strainer with cheesecloth or a coffee filter, set the strainer over a bowl, put the yogurt into the strainer and put the whole lot in the fridge - the longer you wait, the firmer the "cheese" gets, I wait about 6 hours at least.
