ISO: Recipe using Middle Eastern Cous Cous

Misc.
I have been following this board for sometime now and I am in awe of you all. You all are such wonderful cooks. My printer has run out of toner from printing all you excellent recipes.

I do need your help. I purchased some Middle Eastern Cous Cous (large round pellets 3/16 inch in size) and have been unable to find any recipes to use it in. Do any of you have any suggestions? Thanks!
