ISO: Recipe with Black Beans, Coconut Milk, Cilantro

I am looking for a recipe that was in the TV Guide several years ago. It was a favorite of a young black american actress. I lost the recipe when I moved and can't remember all the ingredients. It was delicious, can anyone help?
It was black beans, coconut milk, cilantro and I think honey. I can't remember the amounts or if there were any other ingredients.
