ISO: recipes for wine tasting party

I am invited to my first wine tasting party-the invitation states to bring a dish of food that compiments my wine. the food will be dinner. I am planning on bringing a Zinfindel. My host is allergic to eggs. Any suggestions on a dish--It is my husband boss so I must make a good impression. I am a fair-to- good cook.please help the party is in two weeks. Thanks!!!COM
