I love making these cupcakes. I either use box cake mix or make my own cake batter. Follow instructions as you would if making cupcakes. Take your ice cream cones fill half with batter. I then add a candy srprise and then finish filling the cones untill they are an inch to a half an inch from the top. I like when they rise and "spill" over a little. It makes it look like ice cream melting. I bake as usual, cool and then frost and sprinkle. I also push in an old fashion candy stick.
