Recipe: Slow Cooker Pineapple Ham (using slice pineapple and orange marmalade)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
SLOW COOKER PINEAPPLE HAM

2 cans (20 ounces each) sliced pineapple
1 (6 pound) fully-cooked boneless ham, halved
1 (12 ounce) jar orange marmalade

Drain pineapple, but reserve juice. Place half the pineapple in a 5-quart slow cooker. Top with ham. Pour remaining pineapple and reserved juice over the ham. Spoon orange marmalade over the ham.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or until ham is hot and heated through.

Transfer ham to a serving platter. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. Arrange pineapple on and around ham.
