ISO: Red Robin Carnitas Burger

I tried this dish while on vacation in Colorado a couple of years ago and wished that they had Red Robin restaurants in Connecticut so I could enjoy this great burger on a regular basis. Perhaps someone out there knows or can find the recipe so all of us not within driving distance to a Red Robin can enjoy. Thanks.
