My husband and I travelled with two other couples through the Yucatan area of
Mexico last year. As we enjoyed it so much, we are planning a dinner party
where we will serve the yucatan specialties we loved so much. I am having
difficulty finding yucatan recipes, so if anyone out there knows of any please
help me!!! Specificall y I am looking for a chichen-lime soup recipe, something
called pollo pibil, and some kind of traditional stuffed pepper recipe, but
absolutley any yucatan recipe would do. Thanks!!!
